At INVESMATE, we are looking for a passionate and target-driven Relationship Executive who can connect with customers, understand their requirements, and help them make informed financial decisions.
As a part of our In-House Sales Team, you will handle customer interactions, convert qualified leads, and build long-term relationships in a performance-focused environment.
Requirements
We are looking for professionals with strong sales and communication skills.
Minimum 1 year of experience in Tele Sales, Direct Sales, or B2C Sales.
Stock Market knowledge is mandatory.
Experience in Insurance, Financial Services, or Banking will be preferred.
Strong communication skills in Hindi and English (Mandatory).
Good persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to convert leads and achieve sales targets.
Self-motivated, confident, and comfortable handling customer conversations.
Target-oriented mindset with a willingness to grow.
Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include:
Connect with company-generated leads and understand customer requirements.
Explain INVESMATE’s financial products, research services, and learning solutions.
Convert qualified leads into customers through effective sales conversations.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups.
Handle customer queries and provide a smooth experience throughout the sales journey.
Maintain accurate lead updates and sales records.
Achieve monthly conversion goals in a target-driven environment.
