At INVESMATE, we are looking for a passionate Education Counsellor (Assamese) who can guide learners, understand their goals, and help them choose the right stock market education programs.
As a part of our Counselling Team, you will connect with aspiring investors, build trust through meaningful conversations, and support learners throughout their enrollment journey.
Requirements
We are looking for individuals with strong communication and counselling skills.
1–2 years of experience in Sales, Tele Sales, Counselling, or Customer Relationship Management.
Fluency in Assamese is mandatory.
Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to understand learner needs and suggest suitable programs.
Comfortable working with targets and performance-based incentives.
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
Student-focused approach with good customer handling skills.
Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include:
Connect with potential learners and understand their financial learning goals.
Guide students towards the right stock market education programs.
Explain course benefits and learning opportunities clearly.
Build trust through effective communication and counselling.
Follow up with interested learners and support the enrollment process.
Maintain proper records of conversations and lead updates.
Achieve assigned targets while ensuring a positive learner experience.
