Job Description

🔹 Required Qualifications:

Must have completed the BCMB Course and any series of the Insignia Program.
Must have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Must have own Computer or laptop with a stable Internet Connection.
Proficiency in English, Bengali, and Hindi for effective Communication.
Strong interpersonal problem-solving Skills
Basic Technical Troubleshooting Knowledge.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

Provide Technical Support to subscribed Clients of ‘INVESMATE INSIGHTS’.
Resolve Client queries related to any kind of Technical Issues via Email, Chat, or Calls.
Collaborate with Internal Teams to enhance Client Satisfaction and User Experience.
