Job Description

West Bengal’s No. 1 Stock Market Training Institute, INVESMATE, is currently hiring skilled & experienced career course counsellors for our upcoming finance career course program. Those who are competent in selling educational courses, well-equipped with selling tactics, well-spoken, and driven towards their work are highly welcome to join our team. Good sales skills with a preliminary knowledge of the financial sector will be given preference.

Criteria & Requirements

Counsel prospective students about our offered courses.
Assist students in creating personalized career development plans.
Offer support to students navigating academic or personal challenges that may impact their career decisions.
Handle walk-in and telephonic inquiries, providing detailed information.
Conduct career guidance sessions to help students choose the right career path.
Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns.
Maintain a database of inquiries and ensure timely follow-ups.
Collaborate with the marketing and admissions team to achieve enrollment targets.
Conduct one-on-one and group career counseling sessions with students
