Key Responsibilities & Skills:
* Plan, execute, and optimize complete SEO strategies including on-page SEO, off-page SEO, and technical SEO, with a focus on keyword research, content optimization, and site structure improvement.
* Perform SEO audits, competitor analysis, and keyword research, and optimize websites to improve search rankings, organic traffic, and conversion rates.
* Manage and optimize technical SEO elements such as site speed, indexing, crawling, schema markup, internal linking, and mobile optimization.
* Implement and manage tracking and reporting using tools like Google Search Console, GA4, and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog or similar).
* Work with WordPress for basic on-page optimization, content publishing, and SEO plugin management (Yoast, RankMath, etc.).
* Apply knowledge of latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, AI-driven SEO tools, and modern SEO techniques to continuously improve performance.
* Use knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads to support keyword strategy, landing page optimization, and alignment between organic and paid campaigns.
* Support social media and performance marketing teams with SEO insights, landing page optimization, and campaign coordination.
* Prepare SEO performance reports and present actionable insights to internal stakeholders.
* Collaborate closely with content, design, social media, and performance marketing teams to align SEO goals with overall marketing strategy.
Required Experience:
* Minimum 2–3+ years of experience in SEO / Organic Growth.
* Strong practical knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
* Working knowledge of WordPress websites (preferred / must know basics).
* Basic to intermediate understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
* Strong analytical mindset with ability to work independently on SEO performance.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in lead generation and eCommerce SEO projects.
* Knowledge of social media marketing and paid advertising concepts.
* Familiarity with AI-based SEO tools and automation workflows.
* Experience with reporting tools such as Looker Studio or similar dashboards.
