Key Responsibilities & Skills:
* Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max), Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant paid media platforms, while managing and scaling monthly ad budgets of ₹4–5 Lakhs or more with proven positive ROI.
* Develop and optimize audience targeting strategies, funnel strategies, and creative testing frameworks, and optimize campaigns to achieve key performance metrics such as CPL, CPA, CAC, ROAS, ROI, CTR, CVR, and LTV.
* Implement and manage advanced conversion tracking, including GA4 events and reporting, Google Tag Manager setups, Meta Pixel, Conversion API, attribution models, and Google Ads advanced tracking systems, ensuring accurate performance measurement.
* Lead A/B testing initiatives for ad creatives, ad copies, landing pages, audience segments, and bidding strategies, and continuously improve campaign efficiency and conversion performance.
* Integrate and manage CRM systems for lead tracking and performance attribution, and build automation workflows using Zapier, Pabbly, n8n, and other no-code / low-code tools.
* Utilize AI tools and AI-driven workflows for campaign optimization, creative ideation, and performance analysis, while preparing performance reports and presenting actionable insights to internal stakeholders.
* Collaborate closely with creative, sales, analytics, and tech teams to align performance goals, improve conversion efficiency, and deliver against ROI targets in a performance-driven environment.
