Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Placement Officer to take charge of building and managing relationships with educational institutions and corporate partners to facilitate successful placement opportunities for our students. The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding our network and supporting students in their career journeys.
    Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong partnerships with  colleges, and corporate organizations for placement collaborations.
  • Organize and manage campus recruitment drives, job fairs, and internship programs, workshops, seminars, and industrial visits.
  • Actively identify and onboard new institutions for launching our career-oriented courses.
  • Track and report placement progress, maintaining accurate records and data.
  • Collaborate with the academic team to align course content with industry requirements.
  Requirements: – Own Laptop Preferred
  Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; MBA in HR/Marketing is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or equivalent preferred.
Experience:
  • Prior experience in placement coordination, corporate relations, or career services is an advantage.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in recruiting, staffing, or HR
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Preference may be given to candidates with experience in liaising with industries for placement
  Skills :
  • Communication: Excellent communication skill (English, Bengali, Hindi), negotiation, and networking skills. Communicate effectively with students and employers.
  • Analytical skills: Analyze situations accurately and adopt effective courses of action
  • Research skills: Conduct research, analyze data, and prepare reports
  • Networking skills: Network within the community to publicize and promote college offerings
