Key Responsibilities:– ● Handle outbound calls to warm & hot leads generated via Facebook, Google, and website inquiries ● Convert leads into paid subscriptions for SEBI-registered Investment Advisory (IA) and Research Advisory (RA) services ● Explain IA & RA offerings clearly and educate clients before closing ● Close new subscriptions, renewals, and plan upgrades through consultative telecalling ● Build long-term client relationships and ensure service satisfaction ● Maintain lead status, follow-ups, and call notes in CRM ● Achieve daily call targets, conversion ratios, and monthly revenue goals ● Coordinate with research and support teams to resolve client queries.

About Company

Preferred Candidate Profile – ● 1–2 years of experience in tele sales / inside sales / relationship management ● Experience in stock market, financial products, insurance, MF, IA/RA, broking, or subscriptions preferred ● Strong sales closing, persuasion, and objection-handling skills ● Good listening ability and consultative selling approach ● Fluency in Odia & Hindi with strong understanding of local investor mindset ● Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
