Job Description: We are seeking a passionate and experienced English Educator to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in teaching English, proven expertise in online and offline education, and flexibility to take workshops and classes in schools and institutes as assigned. Key Responsibilities: – Create and deliver engaging, student-centred lesson plans. – Conduct workshops and classes online and offline in schools and institutes as assigned. – Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment. – Provide feedback and assessments to support student progress. – Use various teaching tools to enhance the learning experience. Requirements: – Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in English, B.Ed, or M.Ed (compulsory). – Certifications: TEFL or CELTA certification (mandatory). – Work Experience: 3-5 years of teaching experience focused on English. – Online and Offline Teaching Experience: Proficiency in using online teaching platforms and classroom teaching. – Availability: Five-and-a-half-day work week, with Saturday and Sunday likely working and one weekday off. – Must have a proper setup, including a computer and a stable internet connection. – Excellent communication and organizational skills. – Ability to engage students effectively through interactive methods. – Strong proficiency with teaching tools and technology.
