Job Description

West Bengal’s leading teenager development platform, INVESTEEN, is hiring skilled & experienced Educational Counsellors to counsel parents and children. Those who are competent in selling educational courses to parents, especially teenager-based health and academic courses, and well-equipped with selling tactics, well-spoken, and driven towards their work, are highly welcomed to the INVESTEEN family. Good communication skills and a smart personality would be preferred for this role. Other Benefits: PF, ESI

Criteria and qualification

Assess students’ academic strengths, weaknesses, and interests to determine their needs.
Help students and guardians explore and understand our programs
Assist students in selecting courses based on their requirements
Monitor students’ academic progress and let the parents know on a time-to-time basis
Coordinate with teachers, parents, and others to ensure our business growth
Arrange calls and meetings with potential leads
Must have at least 2 years relevant work experience in Parents and students counseling
The candidate must be a sales enthusiast and love to work in challenging work environments, and should understand the psychology of a child and parents.
