Performance Marketing Manager

At INVESMATE Group, we are looking for a skilled Performance Marketing Manager who can take ownership of paid acquisition, optimize campaigns, and drive measurable business growth.
As a part of our Growth Team, you will manage performance campaigns across multiple brands, analyze data, improve funnels, and build strategies that directly impact revenue.
Requirements
We are looking for performance-driven professionals with strong advertising and analytics expertise.
- 3–6 years of experience in Performance Marketing.
- Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Deep understanding of lead generation, customer acquisition, and campaign scaling.
- Ability to analyze and improve metrics like CPL, CPA, CAC, ROAS, and conversion rates.
- Experience with campaign planning, audience targeting, and budget optimization.
- Strong knowledge of funnel optimization and performance analytics.
- Experience with tools like GA4, Meta Pixel, Conversion Tracking, and Analytics Platforms.
- Experience in EdTech, FinTech, SaaS, D2C, or Performance Marketing Agencies will be an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving ability with a data-driven mindset.
Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Plan, execute, and optimize Meta & Google Ads campaigns.
- Manage campaign budgets, targeting, structures, and scaling strategies.
- Drive quality leads and customer acquisition through paid channels.
- Monitor campaign performance and identify improvement opportunities.
- Analyze the complete marketing funnel from Ad → Landing Page → Lead → Customer.
- Test and optimize audiences, creatives, offers, and campaign strategies.
- Work closely with Creative, Content, Sales, and Web Teams to improve campaign performance.
- Build reports, identify insights, and take data-backed decisions.
- Scale successful campaigns while maintaining efficiency.
