Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound & outbound sales calls for Europe tour packages
  • Convert qualified leads into confirmed bookings and achieve sales targets
  • Design, price, and sell customized & group Europe itineraries
  • Own end-to-end operations post booking, including vendor & supplier coordination
  • Guide clients on Schengen visa requirements, documentation, and timelines
  • Maintain accurate lead status, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM. 

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience strictly in Europe Tour Sales (Mandatory)
  • Strong expertise in tour sales calling and deal closures
  • Excellent knowledge of European destinations, routes & logistics
  • Highly target-driven with strong negotiation & objection-handling skills
  • Ability to manage both sales & operations ownership independently

Travelzia is expanding its international travel division and is looking for a highly driven, target-oriented Europe Tour Specialist (Sales & Operations) with proven experience in Europe tour sales calling and end-to-end package handling. This role demands hands-on expertise in selling Europe tour packages, closing deals over calls, and managing post-sales operations independently. Only candidates with prior Europe tour sales experience should apply.
