Public Speaking Coach

We seek a dynamic Public Speaking Coach & English Communication Trainer with expertise in public speaking, communication, and English education. The role requires engaging and inspiring teenagers through interactive learning. The candidate must also be flexible to conduct workshops and classes in schools and institutes as assigned.

Key Responsibilities:
Train and mentor teenagers to develop confidence in public speaking and effective communication. Engage students using interactive public speaking techniques to ensure an impactful learning experience. Design and deliver student-centred lesson plans tailored to different learning needs and communication styles. Conduct workshops and classes (both online & offline) in schools and institutes across Kolkata and Greater Kolkata. Foster a positive, inclusive, and interactive learning environment. Provide constructive feedback and regular assessments to monitor student progress. Incorporate storytelling, debates, speech activities, and real-world communication scenarios into training sessions. Collaborate with team members to develop and refine public speaking and communication-related educational materials. Ensure adherence to academic schedules and maintain teaching activity records.

Requirements:
Educational Qualification : MA in English (required) with B.Ed or M.Ed (preferred). Languages: English & Bengali (both required). Experience: 3-5 years of proven experience in teaching English and public speaking in both online and offline settings.

Skills:
Ability to confidently engage teenagers and improve their communication skills through public speaking techniques. Strong presentation, storytelling, and organizational skills. Adaptability to teach diverse learners. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with online teaching tools & platforms.

Availability:
6-day workweek with rotational week-offs. Willingness to travel within Kolkata & Greater Kolkata for onsite classes and workshops.
